AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS
We are Emily's Perfect Pups ('Company', 'we', 'us', or 'our').
We operate the website http://www.emilyperfectpups.com (the 'Site') as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the 'Legal Terms') (collectively, the 'Services').

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ('you'), and Emily's Perfect Pups, concerning your access to and use of the Services. You agreee that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms.
FEES
You agree as a term of this Agreement to pay us the cost set out on the Prices page of this website or the fee as discussed and agreed between us in writing.
If there is failure to pay in accordance with this Agreement, you shall also imburse for all reasonable expenses (including legal fees) incurred by us in collecting any unpaid amount together with default interest on late payments.
PROBLEMS WITH THE SERVICES
In the unlikely event that there is any problem with the Services, please contact and tell us as soon as reasonably possible. We will use every effort to resolve the problem as soon as reasonably practicable provided it relates to the Services.
If you are a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to Services not carried out with reasonable skill and care. Nothing in these Terms will affect these legal rights.
COPYRIGHT
If we provide you with handouts or other information, we or the third party author will own the copyright, design right and all other intellectual property rights of the product and any drafts, drawings or illustrations we make in connection with the Services for you.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancelling an appointment within the following timeframes, some or all of the appointment cost will still be due for payment. Consideration will be taken for individual cases where necessary.
If cancelled:
More than 48 hours before: No funds due
Between 24-48 hours before: 50% of the cost will be due
Between 12-24 hours before: 75% of the cost will be due
Within 12 hours of appointment: 100% of the cost will be due
This may also apply in the case of rearranging appointments.
Non-attendance to appointments will also incur the full charge.
'COOLING OFF' PERIOD
By law, if you enter into a contract at a distance i.e. where there is no face-to-face negotiation, or in a place that is not the business premises of the trader, you have a right to cancel within 14 calendar days from the date the contract is concluded.
If you would like us to provide our service immediately, and if you subsequently decide to cancel within the 14-day cancellation period, you will need to pay for any services delivered until the point at which you cancel. You also acknowledge that if the service has been fully performed during the cancellation period, your cancellation rights will be lost.
